My name is Kendrick Meek, and I'm running for Congress because I believe working people in South Florida deserve a fighter in Washington who understands what they're going through and is willing to do something about it.
Across our community, people are working harder than ever and still falling behind. I'm running because I believe Congress should be focused on helping working families afford the basics: a safe place to live, quality healthcare, good schools, reliable transportation, and the opportunity to build a better future.
